Shipping policy

Mini Raptors (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All locations within India

  • International destinations (where available at checkout)

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of ₹80 for all domestic orders within India.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Mini Raptors is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or governmental delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will investigate and assist you as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
